First, there are no shortcuts in any spiritual realization. No matter how much money you have, or the number of workshops that will do, or how many advanced technological tools to be used. However, you must follow its own growth and sweat on that road until you find what you really are and why you are here.
Second, no teacher will do your work here in the third dimension. Remember that Ananda was forty years Buddha and nothing happened. Ananda was so embarrassed when the Buddha just touched the head of a new disciple, Mahakashyapa, and began to dance full of energy and happiness Mahakashyap. Ananda, very upset, said that for more than forty years of Buddha was touching her head and nothing happened. He could not understand how Mahakashyap simply brightened with a touch of the Master.

For us it is difficult to understand, but a teacher is completely and totally empty; A teacher is like a crystal clear lake that reflects your ego completely without prejudice. Do not expect to get the same answer to the question from another person. The answer reflects his state of consciousness not his.
Osho used to say that if you ask a stupid question a teacher, you will receive a similar response. Of course you think the teacher is stupid, but your answer is just a reflection of your consciousness. The teacher is a kind of spiritual boomerang; anything you throw it back to you. He remains intact and distant. Once we surrender into the hands of the master, our energy vacuum the ocean, where the teacher lives and become join. The cult phase will end.
The message is that now is the time for people to find the teacher within. The message is very deep. In a world where we completely lose our values and surrounded by substitutes and spiritual masters of self-called false, we need to reconnect with who we really are. Upon entering the heart is the key. We must renounce the logic part and embrace intuition. We have to let go of the resentment and hatred and remember the golden rule: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
So we might be able to find the master. They might be able to find the teacher within us
