so if you think about balancing your dosha, here are three powerful elements of Buddhist philosophy, "the noble truths" and how you can incorporate into everyday. It might just change your life ...
1. Dukkha: Life is painful and causes suffering.

Many people might say that Buddhism is pessimistic or negative. This is a common result of learning that one of the Noble Truths is translated as "Life is suffering." But there is more to this statement. Not only that she says, "Life is hard, so deal with it." So what do you say?
Actually we create more suffering in our lives, trying to avoid or suppress difficult emotions. Yes, our lives are interrupted, inevitably, with several unpleasant sensations. Loss, sadness, fatigue, boredom, anxiety appear and reappear in our lives

How can we use this belief every day: Try not to buy into the idea that you are broken. Expecting death, old age, sickness, suffering and loss are part of life. acceptance practice ahead of the race. Stop unite the idea that life should be easy and painless, both emotionally and physically. This is a misconception became popular for fashion, beauty, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Disease, anxiety, loss, disappointment and frustration are part of life which they can be mitigated by the practice of "detachment." Try to accept imperfection, to set aside the belief that life should be a certain way. Open your heart to uncertainty.
2. Anitya :. Life is constantly changing
Anitya or "stay" means that life as we know it is constantly changing. We can never access the time just passed, and we can never replicate. Every day that passes, our cells are different, our thoughts are developed, changes in temperature and air quality. Everything around us is different. Always.
When we feel especially uncomfortable, the concept of impermanence can be paradoxically comforting. In other words, if nothing is permanent, we know that our pain will pass. But when we are experiencing the joy, the idea of impermanence can be incredibly induce fear.
If we accept the idea of impermanence at face value, it can be incredibly liberating. In the west, about 100 years after the Buddha expressed this idea, Greek philosopher Heraclitus reflects the belief when famously said, "You can never step in the same river twice." All we have is the present moment
How can we use it in our everyday lives. Celebrate the idea of change. Accept that everything is constantly changing. It is a bit surprising when just thinking about it! And even if the idea of impermanence could be scared, that helps us to appreciate all that we are living in the present: our relationships, body, mood, health, climate, our favorite shoes, our jobs, our youth, our mind. So let's savor those moments that make us enjoy and know that we do not like will
3. Anatma.. The car is always changing

How can we use in our daily lives: Instead of focusing on "finding ourselves: "We must focus on the creation of I want to be at all times. We may be, and feel, different today than we were yesterday and found. Being depressed today does not mean that we will always be depressed. We can forgive others. We can forgive .
Once we let go of our attachment to the idea of constant "auto", we can rest more comfortably with the constantly changing present throughout life. In each new moment, we ourselves are new
