The Amazing Health Benefits of Sun-Gazing

Did you know that there is a way that you can experience even more of what the sun has to offer ? You can do this by adding this simple practice in your daily routine, it called Watching the sun.
Practice of Sun Gazing has some really amazing benefits, not only for their physical health but also for your mental well-being and spiritual development. Some of the benefits of watching the sun include:
- Relief stress and tension
- Increased energy
- increases production of feel good hormones serotonin and melatonin
- Improved view
- reduces hunger pangs-body is completely powered by the sun (Some people claim to have been able to take part in this practice and do not eat anything for the whole process, which is usually about 9 or 10 months)
- the stimulation of the pineal gland
- increasing the size of the pineal gland
- the release of the internal blocks
- increased human potential
This is very important! If times are not followed, eyes can be damaged by the sun's UV rays.
This should ideally be practiced barefoot with feet standing on the ground. We will enter a more specific and detailed above method, but first, a little history.
The man who made fresh sun Looking at
Let me introduce to you the man who gave a name to Sun Gazing and brought it to our Western world. His name is Hira Ratan Manek, but is more commonly known as human resource management. He founded solar healing centers, and website . He is a man who lives by the energy provided by the sun and water, and is (more or less)!

(Sometimes, human resource management will have tea, coffee or whey social purposes)
in his own words, human resource management states that the sun can be used to heal the mind, body and spirit. He also claims that as a result of looking at the sun will have a better physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
HRM has gone through three strict long-term fasts during which he was under the supervision and observation of various medical and scientific equipment.
Yes, some of these claims sound outlandish, but if you are interested in any of these benefits and practice of sun gazing interests you, why not give it a try and see for yourself? "Do not knock it 'til you try."
Studies
The first study was fast for 211 days in 1995 and 1996 in India. Dr. C. K. Ramachandran, an expert in Ayurvedic medicine doctor, led the study.
The second fast took place right after that and an impressive lasted 411 days! Yes, this is more than a year without food; what kind of take what we thought we knew about the human body and throws it out the window!
This study was also carried out in India and was led by an international team of 21 doctors and scientists; Dr. Sudhir Shah took. The third observed fast was held in the United States at Thomas Jefferson University and the University of Philadelphia, this study lasted 130 days.
Some people say that this man must have a genetic mutation and is why your body allows it to survive (in amazingly good health for the record) without the need for food. For all we know, this may be the case.
The purpose of this article is not to convince you to stop eating, but even more to open the doors to show the potential of what we can do and can show the method if practiced regularly should at least bring a little joy, clarity and energy in your life.
A scientist by the name of Vinny Pinto made a survey of 56 participants and described his experiences in what he called " Survey Group List sungazers First Sungazing ." Its main findings of the study were:
- Improvements in health, especially among women
- People who practice look at the sun for more than five years and looked at half day (instead of the time insisted after sunrise and the hour before sunset) were more likely to report adverse effects
- 35 of the 51 participants reported having "increased or greatly increased energy" while only 1 participant reported reduced energy
- the number of people who reported a "decreased need for solid food" was roughly equal to the number of people who reported "no significant change in the need for food . " Only 1 person in the study reported an increased need for food.
- People who had sun looked at least a year at least 4 times a week were more likely to report less need for solid food.
- The most common physical / mental / spiritual experiences reported were looking at the sun happiness, joy, peace and calm.
- No study reported a decline in physical health, everyone reported that their health was the same or had improved.
The method
It is important to note that this is only one method. This can be adjusted to each individual and does not have to be performed exactly as indicated. This method is the method of human resources management. However many people have had incredible success with this method.
If you are going to modify this method, do your research and do not try to look at the sun during times with ultraviolet radiation present, and not look at the sun for longer than the time approved.
You can adjust this method often you practice it and his intentions behind him, but other than that you should try to aim to stick to the general guidelines so that the view is not injured or cause damage in the permanent retina, this is very serious.
This is the method that HRM recommends:
- Start by spending a maximum of 10 seconds on the first day looking directly at the sun during working hours safe.
- is an important part of the practice that stands barefoot on the bare ground. Apparently, this helps keep land and increases the benefits of looking at the sun.
- As you are facing the sun to see the sun's energy that enters your body and filling your body and rejuvenating the cells with light.
- The second target day for 20 seconds each day after continue adding 10 seconds to the day before. So 10 days you will be looking at the sun for 100 seconds or 1 minute and 40 seconds.
- forward every day until you have reached 44 minutes. This should take between 9-10 months, depending on weather. According HRM this is all you need to get the benefits described above from sun gazing.
- After this you will walk for 45 minutes each day during the 6 days following the end of 9-10 months of looking at the sun.
- Henceforth, simply make a conscious effort to continue to walk barefoot on the ground, preferably in the sun whenever you want or get the time.
During this time, it is important to stay focused and see what comes up for you. It is also a good idea to keep a journal to track your progress and keeping note of how you feel physically and mentally.
There are many resources to look at the sun out there and I'll provide some below. I recommend an amazing documentary that you should check out is called "Eat The Sun" This documentary follows Mans A journey through the practice of human resource management facing the sun.
The best part of the trip (if you want to embark on it) is making sure that you are spending time doing something for yourself every day in nature, that alone may have some amazing benefits to your well-being!
eye damage?
So you may be wondering if or may not be harmful to the eyes sungaze. As we mentioned above, if you look at the sun when no UV (last 45 minutes and 45 minutes of the first sunlight) not damage your eyes.
To enter this new, you can check out these two short pieces of a documentary about sungazing and eye test that went along with his trip.
