There is a voice that says you can get what you want.
Then there is this little annoying voice offering reasons why you can not do what he wants, and is often repetitive, strong and persistent.
how many times have you made a commitment only to that voice chime in with one of these common excuses?

It took me a while to realize that she wanted more out of life.
was hard to realize what I wanted when I was constantly living in fear and resort to excuses.
I would not try anything new because he feared shame, risk, loss of comfort, judgment, or I would not be enough good.
Once I realized this problem, looking for a way to fix it.

I realized that I had been avoiding commitment and paralysis of the things that interested me because I do not want to lose my freedom. I did not want to invest too much in my relationships, my hobbies, or my office.
But then I realized that the commitment and freedom can coexist, and started creating new possibilities for me outside my area comfort.
The first thing I did was go to a salsa class. I had always wanted to try, but I feared it would not be good enough, or that I step consisting in others.
has been better than I expected and I had fun into something new and exciting. This was the beginning to discover what it really means freedom.
When search for new possibilities , which is not only for personal growth or development, but also for something happier and commit significant time being.

1. Share your fears with a trusted friend or a forum, or write about it in your blog or journal. Getting to the bottom of your fears and why they can stop you.
2. Tell a friend or loved one what you want and need them. Be honest and have nothing again.
3. Tell someone who cares about them love, or you want to see them happy. Not repress, express!
4. Ask someone to look up to for advice and let them into his personal life. You will be surprised by the responses it receives.

10. Change your perspective. take a negative situation and see how you can make it positive. Gratitude goes a long way.

12. Show yourself to the world and be genuine rather than hiding what you really are .
13. Dream. visualize your dreams, goals, and what you want to achieve in life.
14. Embrace. hugging releases oxytocin, the hormone that makes us feel good to love and trust each other.
15. To express its creativity. painting, writing, drawing, find a way out and simply create!
16. Break out of your comfort zone and try a new class that is difficult. Remember, no one starts as a professional.
17. Practice yoga. stretch, strengthen and relax your body and mind. You will be glad you did.
18. Redecorating their environment want to express how you feel. Set an intention for your space.
19. Start a bucket list. Write at least three things you want to accomplish this year.

You do not have to try all these in order to be happy. Try the ideas that resonate within you and see what you take away from your comfort zone and bring back to life
