Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic.

salt.
Method of
preparation:
We
wash well courgettes, cut into small pieces and chop the garlic.
In
a nonstick skillet with 2 Tablespoons olive oil over medium heat sauté garlic
until soft (but without allowing it to be golden brown).
Add
the zucchini, salt and braise at low-medium heat, stirring occasionally for
about 15 minutes.
The
time depends on how you like the texture, if you like al dente less time or if
you like more softies, longer.
