Ingredients:
1 cup macadamia nuts
3 cups filtered water *
2 medjool dates without bone (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
pinch cinnamon (optional)
pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
Soaking macadamia nuts in filtered water for only two hours, you do not want to absorb more than that and is not necessary.
Strain the nuts and rinse them with cold filtered water.
Add nuts and 3 cups of water to your blender. Mixture from low to high for about 1 minute, or until liquid is colored white and soft.
