Back pain is the most common illness now a days. Both males and females of different ages are the victims of back pain. In a warm glass of milk,
add a pinch of turmeric and few drops of honey. Make it a habit to have this regularly to get rid of backache, body pain as well as cough and cold too.
Massage your back with mustard oil an hour prior to going for a shower. Make
sure you take a hot water shower. In a bucket of lukewarm or slightly hot
water, add few drops of eucalyptus oil. Taking a bath with this water will help
you get rid of backache as well as body pain. Not just that, it makes you feel
stress free. Every time when you lift something , remember to bend your knees , this will prevent your lower back from getting tense causing damage to your spine and back muscle.
Symptoms :

Remedies:
- Apply some ginger
paste on the affected area by eucalyptus oil. - Cut thin slices of fresh
ginger root and put them in a pan of boiling water. Boil it on low heat for 15
minutes. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and strain it. Add honey
and drink it. you can drink this ginger tea for two or three times a day until
you see improvement. - Soak a handful of wheat
in water overnight.In the morning, mix in
caucus grass and coriander. Then add one cup of milk and boil it for a few minutes
until it thickens. Drink the mixture twice daily. - Ice works better for back pain. Put some ice on affected area and it will help in temporary blocking pain and it will also helps in decreasing swelling.
- Basil leaves also effective in curing backache. Take a cup and fill with water and add 10 basil leaves. Now boil these water until half water evaporated then allow it to cool at normal temperature also add pinch of salt.
- Every day morning after wake up, lie down on back while slowly stretching your arms overhead then softly pull your knees on your chest one by one.
