In today’s polluted environment
people keep on falling sick, in this situation how one can be sure about health
of his or her hair. It doesn’t seems possible that our hair will remain
healthy. Hence if you will care for your hair you can save them from getting
unhealthy and if you will become careless for them, you will not be able to
protect them from getting unhealthy, either your hairs will starts becoming
white or hair fall will starts. Many people used to say that they don’t care
either they have dense hair or not, but after the loss they also look
themselves in the mirror 100 times a day and used to think how good it would
be, if they have cared for them. Let’s know what are the reasons behind hair
fall

Mental stress: - we all know how
soft our hair are, and because of our negligence and careless they become rough
and lifeless. And if we care for them we can keep them healthy and soft for
longer period. Mental stress is a major cause of hair fall. When our mental
bones get pressurized because of mental stress it weakens roots of hair and in
return leads to hair fall. Hence if you want healthy and dense hair, keep
yourself away from mental stress.
High blood pressure:- people having
high blood pressure may also lose their hairs. Hence try to keep control on
your heart beat rate and keep your hairs healthy.
Stress on eyes:- eyes stress also
leads to hair fall, and if they are not falling then no one can stop them from
getting white. Mainly eyes stress occurs because of lack of sleep, late
sleeping during nights. And if you are sleeping late during nights it will also
give rise to abdominal problems, which also effects teeth health. For curing
teeth issues you should stay away from eyes stress.
More masturbation:- I have come
across many such patients who are fond of masturbation. But this bad habit extinct
level of protein from our body and even finishes liquid part from our lungs,
which have a very bad effect on our hair.
Lack of water:- 75% of our body
content is water. Hence if we get lack of water then it affects our whole body
system. And it may be possible that most adversely it affects your hair.
Lack of protein:- people who don’t
eat curd, meat, fish etc. usually face problem of hair fall. Hence if you are
vegetarian you can eat curd, otherwise you will find your head with no hair.
Habit of doing smoking :- people
who have bad habits of drinking alcohol, smoking or using any other kind of
drug will surely face problem of hair fall etc. hence if you want healthy hair,
leave bad habits as quick as you can.
More consumption of medicines:- as
we all know medicines are made of chemical. Hence whatever treatment and
comfort they give us, it also has same negative effects. If you are consuming
many medicines for your hair care then avoid consuming them without proper
advice from doctor.
Itching and dandruff:- many
websites use to write a lot about reasons behind these two problems and even
say that these are the major cause of hair fall. People also used to say that
dandruff never goes away, but I will say first you should understand how you
got it. Why you got itching in hair. Reasons of this are improper care of hair.
Use of bad quality oil:- present
markets are full of different kinds of oils which also causes hair fall. Hence
I will suggest you to use only that oil which suits your hair best.
