According to a lawsuit filed by Lewis Daly of Brooklyn, New York, Quaker Oats contains a carcinogenic substance called glyphosate, which was determined in 2015 that are potentially harmful to humans. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) put glyphosate on its list of agents that are "probably carcinogenic to humans."
