The most common causes of death in Nigeria and Solutions

in our previous post, I wrote some common causes tips of death in Africa and how to prevent them but this time I want to be specific to my own country explaining some things that causes death in Nigeria and how are prevented.

I am not just writing, I am a Nigerian who means'm writing this from my own experience as Nigeria, which has seen people die, lost his own mother, lost friends and family and am providing solutions to some of this so that they do not become a victim. Not only in Nigeria, also it happens in other countries like US, UK, Japan, France, SPAIN, GERMANY, Canada, Brazil and many more.

1. Child Birth : Nigeria has a population of over 150 million people and growing meaning that the birth rate is high in all the states. But due to some reasons like female illiteracy, ignorance, inadequate health facilities, lack of medical professionals in some states of Nigeria, many still lack state and the type of women who die due to childbirth remains at the top. In order to be saved from this, women should make use of accredited health center during childbirth government, women must also reject all forms of self-medication or delivery and it is best to consult your doctor in case of any problem health-related.

2. Ignorance : I see that many Nigerians are still suffering from some of the world's most deadly diseases called ignorance. Most of ignorance due to illiteracy and gave notice that many people still practice medicine in health car. In order to avoid this, gain more knowledge about health issues, consult your doctor when you notice some kind of disease and another thing you should do is consult a doctor when you notice any health problems.

Do not wait until things get worse before attending them in the right way.

6. kidney disease ; The ability to remove excess water from the body is via the kidneys and must be neat. It is also necessary to prevent drug abuse, smoking and excessive use of analgesic. Both the liver and kidneys are very important to our health and if you notice any changes in your body, you need to visit your doctor and avoid any act of self medication and smoking too.

7. Typhoid fever : Governments of Nigeria are trying to ensure that people have access to health care in clean environments. Typhoid fever occur due to dirty water, dirty food, dirty environments, infections and many more. Just be sure to keep their environment clean, clean drinking water, properly dispose of waste, avoiding unclean food and ensure proper hygiene.

10. Self-Medication : Many people in Nigeria still believe that only can use without doctors prescription medications. No matter how simple a painkiller may be, it can not be friendly with liver or kidney especially when overused. For each disease suffering, there are health professionals, doctors, nurses, laboratory scientist who can help you out with the best answers instead of going to the pharmacy and buy drugs for himself and usage. This is not healthy and I say that can cause serious health cases like death. So desist from this and secure yourself the stress of serious health condition.

These are the things that some of the things that cause death in Nigeria and for most Nigerians, some of these are not really bad. Desist from some of these and you are doing well, with a secure health.
