The causes of death in Africa and their solutions .

I write this to understand that there are many things that cause the death of most African low emphasis on some of these health problems.

'm an African and I know that many of these things that causes death in Africa and how to avoid them. There are over 100 countries in Africa, where Nigeria is the most populous country. Many African countries are still developing, some are insufficiently developed, while some are still trying to reach the stage of being developed. The health system somewhere in Africa in countries such as Nigeria, Egypt. Tunisia, South Africa, Libya, etc has increased considerably, but many Africans still suffers death because of the following reasons describe while reading.

1. Child Birth : One of the things that causes death in some African countries is the birth of the child. Many women suffer from this due to the lack of good health services to which the country is poor. Some may even have the best health care services, but some of these women prefer self medication and some traditional treatments which in turn leads to the most serious cases, such as death.

2. Ignorance : Another thing that kills most Africans is ignorance. I remember sometimes done when I was in Nigeria and ask someone to go do a blood test and the person said she did not need a blood test that nothing happens to her and then I heard she was dead while battling the disease severe blood. Ignorance is a bad thing, but in order to avoid this, many of these Africans need guidance and education.

3. Heart disease : I am an African and a Nigerian, and my mother died of heart disease, she never knew she had. She had a severe case of high blood pressure, which is one of the things that causes death, but died the treatment of other ailments in place. I think many Africans do not seem to know the degree to which heart disease kill people and that is why I am using this medium to enlighten my fellow Africans in what people in Africa

4. cancer : not only in Africa, cancer is one of the leading causes of death in many parts of the world including Europe, America and part of Asia. The cause of cancer is complex and can lead to death when left untreated for a long time, but grows cancerous and multiply them to the affected area being cut or lead to death.

5. Stroke Stroke is a brain disease that occurs when the heart stops pumping blood to a body part which translates to a partial collapse of a body part and this result to death when severe. 6. Diabetes :. Diabetes is still killing people in some African countries due to the type of lifestyle they live, as lifestyle like drinking too many sugary foods, eat carbohydrates excessive carbon, consumption of caffeinated beverages and many more

7. kidney and liver diseases : kidney and liver diseases have killed many people in Africa, while public have been made aware of the possible solutions to this. Both the liver and kidneys are organs that help remove toxins and excess waste from the body system, but when the bodies stops working, then related diseases liver and kidney fixed. This means that many Africans still need to learn how to take care of your liver and kidney to prevent death because of this.

8. Typhoid : Like malaria, typhoid continues to kill people and many who are in contact through the dirty water, dirty food, uncleaned environments, infections and many more. This can be reduced by ensuring clean environment, to see the doctor and the use of some strong antibiotics that help fight this disease.

9. malaria : Many years ago, malaria is the disease that causes death lead to many Africans, but I think because of government interventions some countries, death due to malaria is declining, but many countries are still suffering from this. Malaria continues to kill people from acute malaria especially when left untreated. To avoid this, you can get malaria vaccines that helps you against these diseases, eliminate standing water around and use mosquito nets.

These are the most common causes of death in many countries in Africa and I think the government of these countries should not relent in providing the best health care or provide the best insurance for it citizens. Another thing we have to consider here is the fact that many people really do not know also how to take care of their health because of illiteracy so, African governments should educate their citizens on how to access health facilities provided by them.
