The soup may contain other vegetable and you have to have three of these meals during the day. The good thing is that the vegetables have a lot of different nutrients that will take care of your body, but if you do not like cabbage, then this is not for you. In fact we believe that all diet plans strangers here, this may be the only one that can work better. After all, we are pro vegetables!
