Hello everyone! I'm popping today to share a couple of fun stuff! First, I want to direct to an interview I did with the beautiful Heidi Kokborg, journalist and creator of the blog, Sparkling Darling . I have come to know Heidi through our blogs, and has been great to meet this related lady! His blog has travel adventures, words of wisdom, beauty, book reviews, and plenty of delicious healthy recipes. When Heidi approached me with the idea to interview me, I was so surprised and flattered there! Rarely deepen my personal opinion about plant-based diets and vegan lifestyle here on the blog, it's not because I do not, I'm too busy talking to you about food and recipes! thought it would also be a good idea to quickly share a smoothie recipe fun, since it's almost the weekend and the perfect opportunity to try a new mix! This is a favorite of my daughter (and mine). It is full of vitamin C and other beautifying skin from the inside out, as the hydration of coconut water and chia seeds super powers.

The first time I shared this recipe in Instagram few months ago, and I've been looking through my pictures and thought, "you know you should really put some of these shakes on the blog!" So here you have a fabulous strawberry milkshake and citrus to start the weekend!

Super C Smoothie

• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 cup coconut water
• 2 clementines *
• 1 navel orange
• 2 cups frozen strawberries
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Blend all until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

* replace an extra navel orange clementines for both
