obesity? Obesity is a situation in which a person’s weight becomes more

    leaves in boiling water and let it boil for some time. Drink this green tea twice
    to thrice a day. In few days only you will notice effective results.

  2. Apple sider vinegar and lemon juice: mix a spoon of apple
    sider vinegar and a spoon of lemon juice in a cup of lukewarm water. Drink this
    water regularly for 2 to 3 months in morning empty stomach. You will observe
    effective results, because water will keeps you hydrated, apple sider vinegar
    will enhance your metabolism tendency and lemon juice will improves taste.

  3. Start your day with honey, take a spoon of honey and mix it
