If all the great inventions and discoveries of Nikola Tesla, nothing stood out with greater potential benefit to the whole of humanity than the discovery of radiant energy in 1889. the series of observations that led to the discovery of radiant energy that initially emerged from Tesla experiments had been carried out in an attempt to duplicate the results Heinrich Hertz had claimed to achieve in the affirmation of the existence of electromagnetic waves, whose discovery of Hertz announced in 1887. But powerful barons of industry, mainly in the person of John Pierpont Morgan, agreed to deny financial support he needed and, in doing so, effectively denied humanity one of the gifts of the most abundant and inexhaustible nature of free energy.

Morgan & Westinghouse
Morgan he had already orchestrated circumstances in Tesla's life in order to force Tesla to depend on him for financial support. Morgan was powerful enough to black list Tesla among the Eastern Establishment elites who had previously rubbed shoulders and feted with Tesla as if it were one of their own. List black and ostracism by official and financial circles arose shortly after the death of Morgan, but generally continued to harass Tesla for the rest of his life.
Before the turn of the century, Tesla also voluntarily he gave millions, thousands perhaps millions, of royalty income to George Westinghouse in an unprecedented act of friendship. Eventually he was able to reduce the team to the size of a suitcase.
