When we are on the path of least resistance move, we open ourselves to a greater abundance and easier manifestation . This is why we all know people who just "have all the luck" and seem to magically get what they want out of life without having to work too. People who float along the path of least resistance simply let their dreams be brought to them. When you have a goal that is usually relaxed about how they will achieve it.
Getting into the path of least resistance may be a little difficult for some of us, and this is because many of us believe that we need to figure out how our goals. We believe it is our job to identify each step and obstacles in the front so we can be "ready". We want to anticipate traffic, expenses or how others will react.
However, this is a flawed strategy because they simply are not equipped to see the easiest and quickest route to where we want go. The truth is that there can be an infinite number of problems and opportunities on the way to our goals are simply unimaginable from where we are. So when we try to figure out the exact route that waste a lot of time and energy because we focus on a lot of things that could become completely irrelevant.

For example, perhaps you really want to get a promotion. So, instead of just putting our desire out there and go with the flow we decided to report to work earlier, work harder and look good with the boss. We do these things because we believe that they have worked for others before, and we assume that this is the best way for promotion.
Unfortunately, however, the easiest way of promotion is unknown. Perhaps there is an unposted position that comes available, but you will hear while you're at a party. Perhaps you will impress the right person, while having a laugh during lunch. Maybe your boss has a "work smart not hard" philosophy and take on more work simply not impressed. The best way for you is very likely that one way they have not even imagined.
Getting into the path of least resistance requires that we relax and surrender control to universe . It forces us to understand that force things in place is a waste of time and is more effective to let the universe take care of planning. Although our vision and understanding is limited to where we are, the universe has an infinite vision and can see all possible obstacles and opportunities. It is much better for the ship's captain.
So you are taking the path of least resistance? Here are a couple of questions to ask yourself to determine if you are relaxed and the path of least resistance or have in their hands a little too tight
The path of least resistance. Quick questions
1. is it OK if your schedule changes throughout the day, or you stand firm in their original plans?
2. When interrupted or persons or events (such as getting stuck in slow traffic) you deal with the interruption calmly (unstressed,) or you get angry cut?
3. When you think about your goal, making you focus primarily on what you can do in the here and now or are thinking about all five steps in the head?
4. Want generally say they are relaxed and believes that everything will work out for you, or are you more of a chronic anguish?
If you answered "yes" to the first part of each question, it is likely to spend much time on the road of least resistance. If, however you have said "yes" mostly to the second part of each question, you are probably working too hard to achieve your goals!
So what if you want to spend longer in the path of least resistance? The key is to spend more time at the present moment.
When we are thinking too many steps ahead or worry about what you have not yet met, we are spending too much time in the future instead of the present . This is an indication that we are trying to figure out the path we need to move forward, rather than allowing the universe put us on the road .
The thing about the way of least resistance is always being developed now, and that can only be seen in the present. So take a deep breath and allowing your consciousness to return to the present moment is a great way to drive himself back on the road.
While awareness and deep breathing are great things to do to return to the path of least resistance for many of us, forward thinking is so entrenched that it has become a difficult habit to break. For this reason, if you find that staying in the present moment is a challenge, it is also a great idea to add meditation into your daily routine.
Meditation is highly recommended for those of us who are a little stressed and work very hard, as it helps to train our mind back into the present moment. Often we have become so flooded with anxious thoughts that we have lost in our own minds and can not focus on the here and now. Daily meditation is great "brain training" to help clean up the mess and relearn how to focus our attention on now.
