 1, Replenishing phase: 12:00noon - 7:00pm.this is the period to eat all your food as adult, it's the period for digestion and activity burning.if you eat during this period you will feel good because your body has prepared fully for food, this is the period your body is expected to be in motion.body motion help process of digestion.



 2, Rejuvenation phase:

7:00pm -4:00am, this is the phase of relaxation, rest and sleep, is a period the body processes and utilises the food.the body distributes nutrients into various departments to repair, reconstruct and build new tissues.healing takes place during this period .when you sleep well enough you will wake up renewed and refreshed.

 3, Elimination phase: 4:00am -12:00noon.this is the period the body get rid of wastes and toxic materials generated from the food we eat during the day.during digestion a considerable amounts of wastes are generated and their must be completely removed.so this period is not good to eat because whatever you eat during this time it has the tendency to congest the system and force the body to reabsorb the wastes and toxins



 This is why you feel weak, tired and sluggish for many hours if you eat anything on this period because your system is congested and corrupted.it may lead to indigestion, although some people have argued otherwise as they feel the stomach should not be empty well I advise that you observe how your own body system work particularly when you eat during this period.you can observe and understand your own body , nobody can perceive how you feel more than you.

NOTE: If you want to eat anything during this period , let it be an anti-oxidants that will help you  neutralize and eliminate wastes e.g.aloe drinks, water, fruits, raw vegetables or take supplement that are anti-oxidants.........always remember a healthy eating is equal to healthy living........
