Holistic medicine is all we need
These days, even modern medicine agrees: 70% of all diseases materialize due to negative thoughts or emotional stress. Diseases attributed to this cause are called "psychosomatic" and are the biggest headache of all general health system.
Sometimes several days of high stress is all that is needed to open a gastric ulcer. Sometimes several years that is all that is needed to develop diabetes or heart disease, not to mention poor general health, decreased productivity, and lack of happiness. Doctors and scientists agree unanimously that our thoughts directly affect the activity of our bodies and the state of our body in general. Ancient medicine is classified as holistic as it addresses not only the physical body but also the psyche as well as personal lifestyle. This method allows one to eliminate the cause of the disease rather than just treat the symptoms and prevent it from reappearing. Modern medicine, on the other hand, deals with the consequences of disease-body ailments. This is why the disease often becomes, as the cause of the disease is not really being treated.
This is where one of the biggest secrets revealed health-our thoughts can heal us. There are multiple recorded stories dealing with people who were seriously ill and healed themselves with the power of thought, despite doctors who lose all hope. One such impressive story tells of Morris Goodman, who in 1981 was involved in a plane crash and was supposed to die due to irreversible damage to spine and a punctured diaphragm. Man's life was supported by a ventilator breathing, and the only movement he could do was blinking. However, this man was aware of the power of thought, and within days successfully regenerated its own membrane and could breathe on his own. Also conscious regenerates damaged his spinal cord and began to move all his limbs. The doctors could not understand the situation at all, because it only "could not be happening." After a few months, however, Morris Goodman began walking again, and finally fully recovered. This is just one of the many cases that are happening around us. Thoughts can not only make the body sick, but they can also help recover from incurable diseases.
The causes of difficult to cure diseases from a different
angle
The ancient science of Ayurvedic health not only demonstrate the existence of psychosomatic illnesses, but they also present a list of specific diseases caused by traits specific character. What else could be the thoughts depend on if not in the character?
Here are some examples that could explain the causes of illness you or your loved ones may be suffering from:
- Jealousy - causes oncological diseases, weakens the immune system
- revenge. - causes illness insomnia and throat
- inability to find a solution to a situation -.. causes lung disease
- a unprincipled morales - causes chronic diseases, infections and skin diseases
- Being too strong or unshakeable beliefs -.. the causes of diabetes, migraines, and inflammation
- lie - causes . alcoholism, fungal infections, and weakens the immune system
- aggressiveness - cause gastric ulcers, acid reflux, and warts

- greed -. causes oncological diseases, obesity and heart disease
An interesting fact is that it is enough to cure his character. and relevant diseases disappear permanently. This is especially important to know for those who suffer from diseases such as diabetes and cancer, for which modern medicine has no cure.
Three ways to live healthy and really feel good
It will involve working on it-however, this investment will pay off greatly in the long run.
Here are three methods, tested over three millennia:
1.Start control of their thoughts. Spend five minutes every night writing down how you felt that day. Remember that the situations encountered and the emotions he felt. What negative character traits discovering what? What are you going to do tomorrow to start improving oneself and to change the character traits in particular? It is very important to note everything.
2.Try to think more about the things that make you happy. This is the miracle of positive thinking. When you focus on the things you like, it's like moving to a different frequency of vibration, and the body begins to heal itself. Even better, there will be a greater number of good things in your life, because all you think about comes true, including the problems that bother you. Focus on the things you like and see how everything begins to change.
3.Try out meditation. During meditation, the mind and body rest and heal themselves. You can read more about meditation in the article "How to Acquire a new Ferrari and be as smart as Einstein, enough calmly on his couch."
The disease is simply the sign of our body on a wrong life style (or rather, not beneficial). First it manifests as anxiety, fear and negative thoughts. Only then, if no effort to work on oneself is not done, the body sends a strong signal to get your attention and think about what you are doing wrong, in the form of physical symptoms.
Leave only useful and meaningful things in your life. Because everything that is useful to you is always useful to others.
