ingredients:

-2-3 cups jasmine rice, prepared according to instructions.
-1 Lb large, peeled and deveined shrimp
-2-3 cups fresh broccoli or cooked fresh steamed frozen
-1/2 cup egg beaters, beat slightly
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-1 medium sweet onion, chopped
-2 tablespoons green onions or scallions
Salt and black pepper -Mar

Directions
