Beauty are the blessings from god,
but its maintenance is our responsibility. In our whole beauty and especially
face beauty, hairs plays a very important role. Women are quite conscious about
their hairs from very ancient time. However beautiful women are from their
face, if they don’t have attractive hairs, immediately lose their beauty.

Healthy hairs makes us look
beautiful even in the elder age. Hence we should give a proper care and
nutrition to our hairs.
Sometimes hair disappears from some
parts of head such that, we get spots on those parts. Applying onion on those
spots immediately give rise to growth of hair.
Eating garlic in food also stops
irregular hair fall.
Green coriander can also be applied
on spots. Apply Neem oil on those spots for 2-3 months. Hairs growth will
starts soon.
Major reason of hairs fall is lack
of blood means getting anemia, in which hair fall become very casual.
Sometimes because of some disease
in roots of hair, their nourishment is disturbed which also give rise to
weakening of hairs and their fall.
Our body has some oil secreting
glands which maintains the softness and shine of our hair and provides
nourishment to our hairs, and hence hair become long and dense.
Blood circulation also give
nourishment to hairs, if our body has normal blood circulation, then our hair
will grow soon and will live healthy. Whenever you face hair fall or any hair
problem, try to know the cause behind it, and find out solution.

Boil leaves of Neem and Plum
plant and wash your hair with that water, it is very beneficial for hairs.

Eating 50 gm of cabbage
leaves daily also protects in irregular hair fall.

Getting more angry again and
again also has bad effect on health and hairs, thus keep yourself calm as much
as possible.

Some males and females also
use dye for coloring their hair which has chemical content, which is also
allergic to some people and thus harm our hairs, hence make use of dye rarely
instead of that you can also use many natural products for coloring your hair.

Regular consumption of black
sesame also keep our hair black.
·
Don’t live under sunlight
with open head for much time.
·
Don’t keep yourself hungry
for long time. Don’t go for much fasting or for dieting.
·
Don’t consume more spices
and hot eating products.
·
Don’t overload yourself with
any stress, tension, physical work etc.
·
Consume buttermilk, curd,
germinated seeds and grains, germinated pulses, green leafy vegetables, apple,
tomato, jiggery, etc. more and more. Especially daily consume Amla in any form.
