What are the benefits of eating corn? I'm writing this because of a personal experience when I observe as corn and some of the health benefits obtained when corn or corn eaten body.

This is the season of corn in my country where corn is harvested in abundance and I notice everyone is eating this corn / maize throughout the country, either roasted or boiled. I am writing this post, I am also eating this boiled corn in order to keep the mouth fresh and prevent hunger rather than eat heavy foods or high-calorie.

You better eat corn and get the health benefits, such as:

1. Rapid digestion : One of the benefits health you get from eating roasted or cooked corn is that it improves your digestion rate of the body. Corn contains no fat, no cholesterol, but high percentage of fiber plants and of course you know that crops fiber helps digestion. in Conclusion , Eating corn is very good for the body, that power, their source of carbohydrates, which gives strength and also that you can eat instead of the reeds, high fat snacks or meals.
