Causes of constipation
There are many reasons for constipation, the main one being the dietary imbalance, certain medical conditions and inactivity. The causes of constipation can be listed as
- diet low in fiber
- Insufficient fluid intake
- Inactivity such as the disabled or elderly
- medical conditions such as hypothyroidism, pregnancy, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord lesions, and colon cancer.
- Sometimes, certain drugs taken for pain, muscle spasms, depression, mineral deficiencies, high blood pressure, heart disease and may also lead to constipation.

spinach Take it raw or cooked. Spinach is the best diet to get relief from constipation. Raw spinach juice can even cure chronic constipation. Mix this with carrot juice to make it a little more effective.
Bael Fruit - Bael fruit is a natural laxative. Preferably take in the whole fruit (not juice) before dinner.
Guava- Guava has a lot of fiber which helps in the normal evacuation of the bowels. One or two guavas every day can keep constipation.

Orange -Another point to effective treatment of constipation is delicious orange fruit that is high in fiber. Orange juice is good, but preferably takes the fruit to get all its fibers.
Papaya- A full papaya pieces with breakfast container can act as an excellent laxative.
Limehouse Squeeze half a lemon in a glass of warm water. Take it with a teaspoon of salt for effective treatment of constipation.
Water - Make the habit of drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. You can even keep water in a copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
Milk - drinking warm milk before going to bed. If you suffer from chronic constipation, mix some almonds in it (soak a handful of almonds five to six hours and mix with milk after grinding them). You can even eat dates with milk for treatment of constipation.
olive and castor O yl- Take 1-2 tablespoons of castor oil or. It is a good remedy for constipation. If you can not take alone they put in a little carrot juice or orange juice, spinach juice.
Flax seeds and Sesame- Take some sunflower seeds, almonds, sesame and linseed (flax seeds). Ground into the dust. Take 1 tablespoon of the herbal powder for a week with fruit juice or salads naturally get relief from constipation.

Always chew food. Make mealtimes a priority over other jobs. eat regular, preferably at the time of day a fixed day. Avoid excessive refined foods. Avoid foods with sugar, white flour, too much white rice, bread, cakes, pies, cookies, cheese, meaty foods, preserves, white sugar, and boiled eggs. Get plenty of fresh air and immerse yourself in outdoor games and exercises to get rid of constipation.
