Fruits like oranges, apple, pineapple, cashew, guava, watermelon, papaya contains essential vitamins that help the body.
2. Eat fiber foods : In addition to the consumption of fruit, I will suggest women should also eat more foods rich in fiber . Fiber foods can be fruits, and other foods that aid digestion and fix the rate of metabolism in the body. Nutrition is essential, but proper diet should be consumed to achieve good health. Therefore, I advise women to eat more fiber fruits like cucumber, egg garden, coconut, corn and many more.

3. Eat lean meat : I really do not condemn any woman not spend your money on food eating any food you like, but instead of eating too much animal meat, better to eat more lean meat, they do not contain any fat. This will help in easily digestible food dissolution, high metabolism and weight loss. I think any woman who drinks more water than sugary or alcoholic beverages is generally a healthy woman, so being healthy by drinking water.
7. Vitamin Supplements : Many women complain that usually do not get fresh food in their areas or due to schedule work but I assure you that while you can get personal items or food hygiene buy vitamin supplements at the supermarket and take at will. It is very healthy to eat vitamin supplements as a woman.
8. Avoid excess sugar : I've noticed that women love flashy stuff and sweet foods like chocolates , soft drinks, ice cream and many sweets but should be very careful because too much sugar is not good for your body. Too much sugar can affect your monthly flow or one that causes weight gain in them. You can always replace sugary drinks with water from natural fruits that are more beneficial to the body.
9. Avoid excess fat : Another healthy eating plan for women of all ages is to avoid excess fat . Some people have low weight and fat really suggest to those for normal who are neither in the big or small, should reduce it. You can also replace animal fat with vegetable fat cooking. This will prevent the storage of fat in the body and high cholesterol can be avoided through this.
10. Avoid over reeds should also avoid eating reeds, snacks like bagels, egg roll, Chin- chin and many more. Juncos are mainly high-calorie foods as snacks and fried foods but can do much good to yourself by reducing or eat less of these foods.
