Breast cancer is a serious risk each woman faces and try to do everything we can to reduce that risk and prevent this life-threatening disease. However, sometimes unknowingly, we harm our own health and increase the chances of developing breast cancer, among other diseases.

After the above demands, experts wanted to test whether eating high-fat dairy products actually increases the likelihood of a recurrence of breast cancer as well as the possibility of dying of breast cancer. Here the products high in fat present study included:

The study found that subjects who consumed one or more servings of high-fat dairy products each day had a 64% greater chance of dying from any of the factors and 49% more likely to die of cancer breast compared with subjects who consumed low-fat dairy products or less servings of high-fat dairy products a day.
Although these results are quite shocking that we need to have some other things in mind before jumping to conclusions. The study reveals a connection between dairy products rich in fat and fatal breast cancer, however, does not prove that necessarily leads to the other. more tests, experiments and research in order to discover the real connection between the two is needed.
Until further information on the subject is available, is recommended for all patients diagnosed with breast cancer in early stage to make every effort to reduce the risk of recurrence and increase the chance of survival. These are just some tips to be followed in order to improve overall
- start a healthy eating regime, eliminating processed foods and sugar
- eliminate alcohol
- balance your body weight
- work out regularly
- quit
- take all the medications their doctors prescribe in order to prevent recurrence.
