In this recipe we used a long grain rice. These varieties of rice are more elongated than wide, with a length greater than 6 millimeters.

All long grain varieties have a spongy texture and being lower starch content in other rice, the grains remain looser when cooking.

- 2 bananas
- 2 yoghurts cow's milk or soy
- Cardamom
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder dessert

Preparation

Performance
- Serve the cream in a glass container.
- Put the banana slices with a sprig of mint.
- Grate a bit of chocolate on top.
If you really like chocolate, you can incorporate into the chips chocolate cream or hot chocolate to give a more intense flavor to the cream, leaving a color cocoa very attractive.
