Since all things are energy what could be a better way to manipulate people covertly by control of invisible energy fields everywhere? As the metaphor says "control the sea, then you can control the fish."
Technologically generated invisible energy fields, the 'internet' cosmic, they are creating more and pollution: Receiving little attention in the traditional media, low frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF) originate from sources such as radio towers; mobile phone towers, smart meters and Wi-Fi for different applications.

-all These can always have the effect of disturb the field itself of our body-energy electromagnetic bio and therefore our health. Disruption can cause diseases such as those related to our mental, hormonal status and nervous system ... and do not stop this, I'll explain later.
And the introduction of this technology is to do with writing code Agenda 21 .
the "smart" technology is the sword of classic double-edged. If the technology gets EMF in the field for the use of communications in business, at home, or in the body to function drugs, etc ... these exchanges of information can be collected and diverted in center Watchdog many miles away, which can then in turn sends back information accordingly in response.

I am aware that all this can be too extravagant for some people, especially when you never get a mention in the mainstream media. However, consider the advanced technology operations that control that could go beyond the limitations of less than 0.05% visible electromagnetic spectrum.
Consider how monitoring remote human brain waves, astral, aural, bioelectric energy fields ... could be collected and discharged in a control center, then as a response to an advanced technology deliberately send information fields related to alter our perceptions, thoughts , feelings or emotions to create a reality desired by controllers handling.
I have no doubt that more light will shine in this secret and dark agenda in time.
