“Getting Slim Belly Wasn’t Easy At All”- Me!
It began with high hopes and comparatively less effort. I started this with 15 minutes of jogging. I used to check my daily waist size, but did not get any results in the next 2 weeks.Yes, it was not an easy match. In fact, it was one of the hardest things I've done. But I'm happy I did.
This was enough for me to know that was not on the right track. Now, my priority was to find the so-called 'right path'. I consulted a reputed coach gymnastics and asked for advice.
Everything he said stunned me for weeks. He said intensive work of at least 90- 120 minutes could do something. Anything less than that is below the acceptable level.
He asked me to go for intense resistance training. OMG! As if that were not enough, he asked me to immediately stop the use of all the things that count as favorites. No extra cheese burgers, no sandwiches, pizzas no chicken and no Italian pasta. He asked me to everything that is not consumed and everything likes to eat. Instead, I suggested we go for green salads, fruits, vegetables and legumes.
Oh! That was agitated. Adding more to eat, he said, "stop eating for the sake of taste. Eat to kill hunger '. So this was the most illogical statement he had ever heard. But now (after 5 months) I must admit that was the most useful statement of my life. it has totally changed my appearance.
