Fat on face or double chin suits on a person till a limited age only. As age of a person increases fat free face is considered more beautiful. 1. Drink lot of water:
If you will drink more water, your weight will start decreasing fast. It will repair dehydration and will make shape of your face look better and proper. It also repairs lack of water and electrolytes in body and removes dirt from body.
2. Reduce fat from diet:
Reduce fat from your diet; because through diet whatever fat you take directly gets accumulated in your stomach, which makes your cheeks look heavier. It does not happen to all people but if your face is already heavy reduce fat from your diet.
3. Never ignore breakfast:
Nutritious breakfast enhances your metabolism. Hence whatever you will eat throughout the day will also breakdown easily. And if you will leave breakfast, your metabolism will become slower, because of which fat will starts accumulating in stomach.
4. Eat lot of fruits:
Eating fruits will make your stomach full soon because of presence of water in them, and you will stay away from eating carbohydrates and fat containing products. Those people who eat more fruits, their face looks slimmer.
5. Consumption of calcium:
Consumption of calcium containing products decreases your weight and finish water accumulated inside face. You can eat curd, milk and its products, sea food, pulses, green leafy vegetables etc, for this.
6. Exercises:
Make habit of doing exercise daily for 30 minutes. If you wish you can do jogging, swimming or brisk walking. This will make fat loose soon and will make face thinner.
7. Always keep smiling:
It’s a kind of facial exercise, because of which fat from face disappears quickly. Smile makes muscles of face more tight and toned.
8. Take proper sleep:
Due to lack of sleep, hormones get imbalanced, due to which weight starts increasing, due to which weight on face also starts increasing. Hence take a proper sleep of 8 hours daily.
9. Make change in your hairstyle:
Make your hairstyle such that your face do not looks fat. For this purpose you can talk to your hair stylist. If your hair style is proper your face won’t look heavier.
10. Avoid soft drinks:
If your face looks more swelled then better you understand that you have started drinking more soft drinks. Instead of increasing weight, wine also give liver disease.
