I've lost 213 lbs/ 96kg over the past 18 months, I've done it all on my own with no products, surgery, trainers or any type of professional help. I'm 48 and have hypothyroidism, pcos and insulin resistance. Food addiction is a lifelong journey and battle. It's much like an alcoholic battles alcohol. It's not easy but you can do it.
I follow a low carb lifestyle and workout in the gym doing cardio and lifting heavy free weights. You have to want to change more than you want to remain the same. You have to lose your excuses. If you're thinking of reasons right now why you can't do it, that's an excuse. Start finding a way to make it happen. Don't worry so much about being motivated. We need to stop talking about motivation and start talking about discipline!!!
You know what you need to do, so do it!!
