Whenever we used to face cough and cold during our childhood, those moments and still fresh in our body and mind that how vaporub were applied on our chest. These moments are probably in heart of many, and reason of this vaporub are being in use from ages, it functions instantly. Helps in opening up of nose blockage and helps in taking deep breath. You will be quite shocked that use of Vicks is not only useful in cough and cold whereas it gives comfort in many problem let’s know about some important points about Vicks vaporub.
Ingredients for preparation of vaporub:-
- ½ cup of olive oil or almond oil or coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon wax
- 20 drops of eucalyptus oil
- 20 drops of peppermint oil
- 10 drops of rose mery oil
- 10 drops of cinnamon or cloves oil
How to prepare:-
Put coconut or almond or olive oil in base wax and let wax melts. After that put other fragment oils. In last put some more coconut oil in this mixture. After that fill it in some for and keep it. Make use of it whenever required.
Uses:-
1) If mosquito repellent has finished in home, then use vaporub can also be done making mosquitoes run away. Before sleeping apply vicks on opened parts of hands and legs and body. Because of this mosquito will not come even nearby you.
2) Applying vicks on pimple and also let them down soon and repeating same for 2-3 times totally make them away.
3) For relief during headache, applying vicks is very beneficial. Its fragrance makes stress go away due to which it provides us relief in head ache.
4) During some wound or cut, vicks should be applied on that area. Due to vicks wounds will heal soon. It also prevents skin from fungal infection.
5) Applying vicks on nose forehead and neck also provides us peaceful and deep sleep. Because muscles of this area get relief due to vaporub.
6) If you are having more cough then apply vicks on sole of legs sleep wearing cotton socks, cough will go away soon.
7) Its one of add is use is also to prevent yourself from dirt of animals. In house also at where ever region animals produce dirt rub some vicks there with its fragrance animals will not spread any dirt there.
8) For protecting nails from infection also vaporub is useful . apply some vicks on nails and left it. Because of nails will always live away from any kind of infection. If you have already infection in nails then make use of this vaporub for 2 weeks it will end soon.
9) When pain occurs in ear, apply some vaporub on a cotton ball and put in on area having pain. You will feel relieved of this pain.
10) If you have heels crack, apply vaporub twice a day, you will get comfort.
11) If you have any kind of sprain and strain in muscles apply vicks vaporub on that area.
