2. Instead of only wheat flour chapatti, mixture of soya bean, grams and wheat flour chapatti is more beneficial. In this case.




3. Drink cabbage juice daily. It has characters of reducing weight and maintains body metabolism.




4. Eat papaya regularly. It is available in all seasons. Consumption of papaya for long time helps in reducing fat accumulated in waist.
