Friday happy !! I am excited to share these little bites Snickers impressive kindness to you, my friends! I mean, FREEZE ... SNICKERS ... bites ....
YESSSS !!!!!
Deep breaths ... do not panic. Hold it together. I do not care, sometimes I have to talk to myself, so I can focus on writing coherent, logical, sentences. Maybe I've had a little too much chocolate.
HAHAHA ... Nahhhhh.
Crude Three ingredient chocolate encapsulated sticky candy homemade date, peanuts, and frozen, (n) the center of fresh ice cream. These cold bites candy bars are easy to assemble. I can attest to this fact as I have done it three times now. Oh, yes, I have done and eaten a lot of Snickers bites this week.
I do not hate.
These babies are sweet:
- refined sugar
- dairy free
- vegan
- gluten
- made with ingredients whole food
- and can fully make crude
does not need any special equipment to perform these, there is a food processor, blender, or any other device . These can be made with bars of black chocolate without milk or chocolate mixing the 3 ingredients. Candy date can be mixed in a food processor or by hand. They can be bars or bite-sized truffles. You can drizzle or matte. I'm sharing a couple of ways to do this, and I'll let you decide.
These flavor reliable as a Snickers bar ice cream. Do not lie. Whether nailed 'em, drizzle' em, make your own chocolate, or go the route melted chocolate bar ... just do it. You'll be so glad you did. Now go open the bustle in the kitchen and channel your inner Willie Wonka. It's time CHOCOLAAAAATE !!!

cream frozen Snickers nice Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 large bananas, peeled
- 1 recipe from my Best Date Caramel never (see instructions below if you do not have a food processor) you need 15 soft medjool dates, almond butter, coconut oil, salt and vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup roasted, ground peanuts or jungle peanuts ( if they are to be 100% premium for van jungle peanuts )
- 2 - 3.5 oz bars of black chocolate dairy products, or 1/2 cup melted coconut oil + 1/2 cup Cocoa powder + 1/4 cup coconut nectar or maple syrup (use this option for raw bites)
- large baking sheet lined with parchment [paper
Instructions:
- Make your candy. Follow the instructions for my Date Caramel using a food processor or by hand, place 15 pitted dates in a bowl and cover with hot water (I boil mine in the kettle). Let soften for about 3 minutes. Drain the water very well, and dates back to the cup. Add 1 tablespoon almond butter nasal, 1 teaspoon vanilla, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional - you can get through this, but it adds a buttery flavor). Now use a sturdy fork and mash, mash, mash away. Use your muscles! It works! Set aside your candy.
- Preparation his nanners. You can slice them into thick slices for bites, or rectangles 2 inches to cut a thin strip along the top and bottom of "bars". Place thick slices or rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add one tablespoon teaspoon of candy for each banana, and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top. Press down gently to stick on candy. Now place the tray in the freezer for about an hour.
- Melt / to your chocolate. Melt chocolate black bars using a double boiler (I put a small pot inside a large pot with 3 inches of water and heat over medium heat). Pouring the chocolate into a glass container depth. Or do melt gently crude coconut oil and add cocoa and coconut nectar oil, whisking until smooth your chocolate. Pour into a bowl.
- Take out your candy now frozen banana bites and either stuck in chocolate syrup and roll around to coat evenly, or just nailed the bottom half and drizzle of chocolate on top. Put them back on the parchment paper and pop it in the freezer and stored there until ready to eat. You can repeat the process wet after 10 minutes if you want a thicker chocolate shell.
Notes:
To fully raw, consumption of raw almond butter on candy, peanuts jungle, and make 3 ingredient chocolate using raw cacao.
If the bites have been in the freezer for several hours or more, you may want to let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes so they are not too hard. Do not let them sit out for too long or whether they will start to melt.
