2. Soya bean

Soya bean and its every product contain vitamin C and zinc. Eating soya and its products also keeps us protected from skin problems. Include it in your diet and you can make your skin glossy.




3. Papaya

Carotene present in papaya is very beneficial. For better eye sight papaya should be eaten daily. Those who eat it regularly have less chances of suffering from cancer. Papaya also contains calcium which makes our bones stronger and also useful in joint pain. In some diseases and some situations papaya should not be eaten. For example pregnant women should not eat papaya. Instead of vitamin C papaya also contains vitamin E and anti oxidants which remove acne, spots and pimples from skin. 4. Broccoli

Broccoli contains ample of vitamin C and E. and even it also contains anti oxidants. It removes constipation provides glow to skin.




5. Kiwi

Kiwi contains vitamin A, B 12, iron, fiber and excess of vitamin C. eating it daily changes complexion of face skin, skin become healthy. It you have spots on your skin, apply fresh grinded kiwi, skin will soon become spots free.




6. Beet root

10.  Capsicum
