Before bathing 

Habit of drinking water can saves you from many diseases. Thus make habit of drinking a glass of water before bathing, it will keep control over blood pressure and helps in lowering it. Those who suffers from blood pressure related issues should starts following this habit.




Before sleeping

Drinking water before sleeping is a good habit. Hence before going to bed everyday drink a glass of water this will also lowers risk of heart attack and heart blockage.




Drinking water empty stomach 

Make habit of drinking 2 spoon of honey and ½ spoon of lemon juice in a glass of hot water. This helps in purification of blood and keeps control over cholesterol.




Drink water slowly

Avoid drinking water after eating cucumber, watermelon, musk melon etc. because these fruits aheady contains because these fruits already contains a lot of water. Drinking water after these can cause cholera. After eating hot thing also do not drink water like tea, coffee, milk etc.

After physical exercises  drinking water is necessary. For body hydration sufficient amount of water  is necessary. To replace the release of sweat during the exercises, drinking water after exercises is necessary.




After coming from sunlight

Do not drink water immediately after coming from sunlight, and do not drink water after heavy physical exercises and workout also because at that time there is a high production of heat aside body.




Drink normal water 

Water should always be drunk according to body temperature, neither more hot nor more cold, because after drinking more cold water, stomach have to do more work and effects functions of other parts of body like, brain, heart etc.
