To make six "roses" you need:

Two apples (organic if possible)
half a lemon
One tablespoon of flour
sheet of puff pastry Uno
Three tablespoons apricot preserve
Canela
powdered sugar

Preparation:
Cut apples in half. Remove the core but not peel them. Cut the apples into thin slices half. In a medium sized bowl, half full of water, add the juice of half a lemon. Add the apple slices and microwave for three minutes. Then drain the water.
In a bowl with three tablespoons of apricot preserve, add two tablespoons of water. Microwave for one minute and then stirred.
Unwrap dough thawed puff pastry, put the flour over it and spread out. Then cut the dough into six strips. Each strip spread with apricot preserve and place the apple slices on the dough so that the underside of the blocks covers half of the strip and the other half was sticking out.

Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Fold the dough in half and roll.
Put the "roses" in six muffin cups. Baking the dessert in an oven at a temperature of 190 to 200 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
When baked, sprinkle powdered sugar over the dough.
