51 Fantastic Uses for Baking Soda

I do not mean to sound seditious here, but I have a rebel plan to combat the evils that many companies are perpetrating in the name dirt and germs to fight. My main complaint is about environmental contaminants from cleaning products and personal care products we wash our drains and into our water systems, resulting in situations such as chemical triclosan (a pesticide added to many products as an antibacterial agent) found in the dolphins.

So the simple plan is to encourage everyone to use baking soda in any of these 51 applications. In addition to showing the goodness of aquatic life, we can also protect us from the matrix of toxins in household cleaning products. conventional cleaners can expose us to multiple chemicals linked to asthma, cancer and other documented health problems.

Sodium bicarbonate is also a perfect substitute for many personal care products, which are adding their own touch the toxic tangle of pollutants and personal health (mainly in the form of synthetic fragrances (and almost all synthetic), laurel sulfate and parabens).

So how baking soda fit into my scheme to make the world a better place? Sodium bicarbonate, also known as sodium bicarbonate, helps regulate the pH keeping a substance neither too acid nor too alkaline. When sodium bicarbonate is contacted either with an acid or an alkaline substance, natural effect is to neutralize to pH. Beyond that, baking soda has the ability to slow further changes in pH balance, known as buffering. This dual ability to neutralize and buffer allows baking soda to do things such as neutralize acidic odors (as in the refrigerator) and maintain a neutral pH (as in the wash water, which helps to increase the power of your detergent). It is a simple reaction, but one that has far-reaching effects for a range of cleaning and deodorization. And so, without further ado, I will remove my scientific hat, put on the hat of my mistress rebel keys, and get this wisdom popular revolution rolling ...
