would like to share some tips on hyperacidity or stomach ulcers.

If
so, I have some added natural remedies for you to consider:
- Eat some food every 3 to 4 hours. Don’t
skip meals as this may cause the acid to erode the stomach lining. - Try to eat half a banana, as this helps
in coating the stomach. - Drink 3 or 4 sips of water every 30
minutes to help wash out stomach acid. - Try to eat more bland foods. And try to
limit spicy foods, sours foods and even junk foods like chips or tacos. It
depends on the person, but I would avoid them. - Try to reduce stress if possible.
- Try to eat slowly. After eating, you may
take a walk for around 10 minutes or so to help in the digestion. Good
