Making Your Own Eco-Friendly Bathing Products
By Mike ZookThere are a million reasons to be wary of commercial bath products. Like many of the cleaning products lining the shelves of your grocery store nearby and pharmacy, bath products are also full of toxic chemicals. Even "safe and smooth" children's products can be loaded with toxins and dangerous - both formaldehyde and 1,4-dioxane found in bath products for children. Both are linked to cancer and skin allergies. Safe and smooth? Not exactly.
So what you are an environmentalist in a budget to do? Here are several easy to make beauty products that can be put together with ingredients you probably already have.
Take a dip in a moisturizing bath oats
If you are suffering from dry skin, there is no better way to enjoy a boost full body of an oatmeal bath. Simply put a handful of oatmeal in cheesecloth or coffee filter, tie it with string or rubber band and hang under the open faucet dripping into the bath water. Like milk, oatmeal is full of natural and soothing for skin detoxification.
A very basic (but large) shampoo
Making your own shampoo is much easier than it seems, but do not expect that smacks of what you buy at the pharmacy - those fragrances are almost always dangerous. To make your own shampoo, simply combine baking powder part with two parts water. Yes, that's all.
Making a natural conditioner with eggs
Running low on air? No problem! Whisk together two eggs with a little hot water and massage the scalp. (Be sure to rinse well so that does not smell like breakfast!) Proteins eggs have natural conditioners and sealants hair.
conditioner even easier
If you're not willing to sacrifice their fresh farm for the good of his mane eggs, here's another natural conditioner: olive oil. Just rub a little hair, put on a shower cap, and relax for thirty minutes while doing his job.
highlight hair with chamomile tea
Skip bleach and rinse your hair with some chamomile tea strongly prepared for a few nights in a row. Even brunettes with very dark hair will lighten your hair.
Update scalp, just
This is so easy, it's hard to believe how well it works . Try it tonight: rub equal parts water and vinegar on the scalp. Wash as usual the next morning, and see your hair will be shiny and free of chemicals.
lighten your skin with lemons
lemon juice freshly squeezed is full strong detoxifying immediately make your skin look more vibrant. Mix some lemon juice and filtered water and rinse your hands with it. Try it anywhere, but be careful not to get any of their eyes.
Old cucumbers in the trick of the eye
You've probably seen her mother do, or maybe you remember Dead do not Tell Mom the babysitter, but cucumber-aging eyes move really works to get rid of the swelling. Chamomile tea bags do the same, but let cool before putting on your face.
