The breast cancer grows and spreads because of the hormone estrogen which triggers the growth and the spreading of the hormone receptor positive cells. The estrogen is created and it stays stored in the fat cells.

Numerous experts claim that the USA dairy products and some in the other west countries are rich in estrogen and progesterone because the milk is extracted from the pregnant cows and by a simple logic the milk that is low in fat has less fat and with that, less hormones.It is recommended for the women with breast cancer diagnosis to consume dairy that is low in fat as it will affect directly the hormone­­- receptor- positive cancer cells.

The experts have tried to do one study of whether the products that are full in fat can cause cancer or not and they also wanted to prove the breast cancer patient’s mortality rate. 


These are the listed dangerous milk products that are full-fat:

-Whole milk

-Condensed milk

-Pudding

-Ice- cream

-Custard cheese

-Flan

-Butter

-Yogurt

Those ones who were included in the tests were monitored in the course of twelve years and the results were unbelievable.


The subjects who had one or more servings that were full-fat on a daily basis had 64 percent more chances of dying and 49 percent of chances more of having breast cancer and dying, based on comparison to the low- fat products group.

 


It is not a 100 percent sure proof that only the dairy that is full- fat causes this even in the study there was a link between the awful breast cancer results and full- fat dairy. With more studies, tests and experiments it can be established a relevant and certain link between these two.


Until there are more certain proofs there is some advice for those ones who have breast cancer in early stages. In order to avoid complications, growth or serious stages of the cancer, they should follow this advice:

-They should have a healthy food regiment without sweets and sugar;
-Avoid alcohol;
-Good body weight and BMI;
-A lot of exercising;
-Avoid smoking;
-Prescribed medications just by a doctor
