Browsing at night just to ensure you complete a task officially or personal may not be too good for the health especially those who see this a way of beating up the time that should have been used for other things during the day time. I have bloggers, online writers, freelancers, bankers, stock brokers etc in which late night browsing is paramount to them but of these people fail to consider their health when the skip night for browsing.
Browsing at night or all-through the night as a man or woman is not healthy and as you read on, i will be posting personal results of test, diagnosis and health tips on the various side effect or dangers of browsing at night and avoiding sleep. Some of these side effect includes;
1. Stress: One of the side effect of late night browsing is that it accumulate stress to the body, Either you are a man or woman, stress is very bad for the body and if you claim to be working hard and skipping sleep for too much browsing at night, then you are causing stress to your body. Stress can be very harmful to the body and it also leads to life threatening issues like sleeplessness, high blood pressure, cardiac arrest or death.
2. Migraine: Headache is also a side effect of late night browsing and it is very risky. Migraine kills, it destroys the brain tissues and it cause high level of discomfort. Browsing at night or browsing too much that last till the early morning could cause headache and if not treated well, it result to something more severe.
3. Insomnia: Just like headache, late night browsing also results to severe situation like insomnia and when it has gotten to that extent, the only thing that can help in that area is to reduce the rate at which you browse at night. I advice a friend of mine who only browse at night to avoid it probably because he do have light and time at night to do some late night work. Later, he told me he had been battling with sleeplessness to the extent that the insomnia is making him mentally unbalance. I for-see this situation, i advised him but he kept on browsing at night.
4. Radiations: Excessive browsing at night may transfer some radiations to the body which may affect the man or woman fertility systems. I used to browse at night for long hours but when i went for medical check up, waves from radio, shock, infrared etc were spotted in the blood and this pose a risk to the body because it can cause cancerous growth in the body which leads to cancer.
5. Eye Problem: Another danger late night browsing can cause to the health is the fact that it can cause eye problem. When the eyes is being exposed to a screen multiple times per day over a long period of time, it can cause serious health issues like conjunctivitis, shortsightedness, pains in the eyes and many more. Even if you are to expose your eyes to the screen, you need to dim the light or wear an eye glass which reduces the amount of light that enters the eyes.
In Conclusion, you should find alternative to browsing at night because the various side effect explained above. Such preventive tips i recommend is that you browse in the early morning, in the evening or leisure time when you are free. Treating the side effect of late night browsing is very expensive and in order to avoid this, reduce your browsing at night, find alternative and stay healthy.
