After an investigation on data from hundreds of thousands of people, scientists have found the food to eat that will reduce the risk of high blood pressure in a fifth.
The study was presented at a conference of the American Heart Association found that women who eat five or more servings of yogurt a week are less likely to develop high blood pressure, Daily mail.

Justin Buendia, a doctoral student at the School of Medicine at Boston University said:
