Night sleep about 8 hours is a common necessity to have healthy body every day.
However, it will not be a healthy time for sleeping if you don’t have some
supporting points such as;
- Schedule
Regular timing for sleeping is important to make your sleeping time more in
quality and improve your health. So make sure that you have the same time to go
bed and wake up every day; also in weekends. It will build the regular cycle
for sleep and wake for your body. Make a good habit before bedtime such as
reading or warm bath to improve the quality of sleep.
- Sidestep Frustration
Find something to do and make your body relaxed if you can’t fall asleep in
15 minutes. Keep the low light, listen to music or reading before bedtime, or
you can sleep directly if you feel sufficiently tired. Avoid being frustrated
on bed for difficulty to sleep, because it will not make your body relaxed and
go to sleep.
- Don’t Consume Stimulants
Stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine and chocolate will make you awake in
your bedtime. Besides, it is also not good to consume alcohol in four hours
before bedtime. It will yes make you feel sleepy, yet it will disrupt your
sleep in the night later.
- Create a Comfortable Place to
Sleep
Good sleep is good to improve your immune system, so you should make it
comfortable enough so you have well sleep every night. Have the best mattress
and make the room inviting enough for sleeping. Besides, you can make the room
darkened, turn on a fan, wearing earplugs, and do other things to create a
comfortable bedroom. Keep away the pets, televisions and computers to prevent
it disturbing your sleep.
- Doing Exercise
Doing regular exercise will help you having deeper and restful sleep every
night. Besides, tired body after physical activities during the day will need
time to rest and you can fall asleep faster. However, don’t do the exercise in
the close time to bedtime or you can feel too energized.
- Relieving Stress
Stress is a common cause of difficulty of sleep because the moving mind
that disturbs you when you close your eyes. Find some tips to reduce your
stress such as practicing yoga, having massages regularly, meditating, and
walking. Reducing the stress will make your body feels better and you can fall
asleep much easier.
