How to deal with PCOS?



Tip 1: Adjust Your diet:



Many foods can make changes in your system by increasing and aggravating the symptoms and raising the hormone and insulin levels. It is the best to learn those types of foods and to make some changes in your diet.



For managing insulin levels, look for low-glycemic foods and eat plenty of leafy green vegetables, fresh fruits, and lean meat and fatty fish high in Omega-3.



Avoid soy products, as they can interfere with hormone levels, as well as processed foods that can cause spikes in insulin levels. Dairy raises testosterone levels, so is also best avoided.



Tip 2: Include Magnesium



Magnesium is very beneficial for entire body.  It is good for blood sugar and blood pressure regulation. Also regulates the stress hormones.  You can try with Magnesium supplement, or simply Epsom salt bath or a magnesium oil spray.
