The researchers tracked the diets of people, including whether they had increased their consumption of fruits and vegetables during the study period and their life satisfaction levels two years. Improvements in life satisfaction of people that occurred within two years of changes in their diets. According to study co-author Redžo Mujcic, a researcher of health economics at the University of Queensland in Australia: "Eating fruits and vegetables, apparently increases our happiness more quickly than improves human health. " The results showed that people who started eating more fruits and vegetables per day during the study period, levels of life satisfaction increased by the end of the study.
