Running Shoes




Probably, right when we wake up in the morning, we feel like we do not have
to put on running shoes, just because we want to run and do not want to show

hurt when we do not put on this pair. Wear running shoes that are especially
made to make your feet comfortable, avoiding injury and such. Choose our

Clothes




Make sure that our clothes are made of cotton, or others, that do absorb
the sweat we produce. Do not take the risk of having an uncomfortable and
sweaty situation, and stop the good running moment.





Feet and Step




Make sure that our step is right. This is done to have our feet comfortable
and not feel tired for a short time. Do not do a half tip toe, but do not step
all the feet to the ground, use only our front feet.





Breathe  




To avoid any tiredness that strikes too soon, make sure that we set the
tempo of breathe. Use our nose to inhale and exhale it. Close your mouth
perfectly so we can feel the breath coming to nose. This way, we also train our
breathing and heart to do good.





Duration
