    away from your destination and use the stairs instead of the elevator. 
    Also remember to make it fun like playing with your children, or going
    out for a walk, or going out dancing with friends.  Remember running and
    going to the gym are not the only ways to burn extra calories.

  4. Decide Why. Finally you need to decide why you want to get rid of
    the fat.  You need to make your reasons mean enough to be able to
    motivate you through the slumps that will happen.
