Massage almond oil into your legs everyday after a shower as a natural moisturizer. Almond oil not only deeply moisturizes your skin, but can work to relieve pain and reduce the swelling of tired legs and feet.



2 . Milk And Rose Water



Take 1 cup of fresh rose petals with half a cup of milk. Add 1 teaspoon of gram flour and some Rose water. Make a paste and apply on legs before bath. Wash after 10 minutes.



3 . Using A Scrub



Always exfoliate and wash your legs before shaving them. It helps to give them a natural glow from taking off dead skin cells.



4 . Slim And Perfect Legs



If you feel embarrassed about your heavy legs and thighs, you need to be careful about what foods you eat.  Avoid foods that contain high sugar, fats and calories, as they result into storing of excess fats and ruining shape of your body including legs. Hairy legs are a nightmare for any woman. Select any method of your choice to get rid of hair on your legs. You can go for laser hair removal. If you are tight on budget, consider alternative methods, like waxing, shaving or depilatory creams. Shaving can result into nicks and cuts, as well as drier skin.
