A bunch of posers took over Lansdowne Park on Saturday, stretching and twisting themselves into a plethora of pretzel-like positions at the City of Om Yoga Festival.

There was everything from downward facing dogs to warriors and triangles, to bridges, bound angles and planks, to half moons, dolphins, crows and boats as participants of all levels took part in a full day of indoor and outdoor yoga classes.



The festival also included live music, Ottawa-area artisans and food vendors
