Why Hunza People Live Over 100 Years And Do Not Know About Cancer? The Secret is in…

While many people from all over the world are affected from the most terrible disease called cancer, it seems that some people found the way to avoid it. A biologist in the 50s, Dr. Ernest Krebs, working on a hunch that cancer is a reaction to poor diet, he studied the Hunza people living near Pakistan.

It was found that Hunza people never suffered from diseases like heart stroke, diabetes or cancer. The key to their longevity and healthy was in the healthy lifestyle. They eat to live rather than living to eat. Their diet consisted of bone broth, fresh grains, raw milk, vegetables and some meat. They almost never consume sugar. They got plenty of exercise and physical activity because they were nomads and herders. Probably the most interesting fact about them is that they condumes a gread amounts of apricot seeds rich with Laetrile or vitamin B17.

As you can see, the secret of they longevity is vitamin B17. Hunza people consume250 to 3,000 milligrams of vitamin B17 a day. Moreover, thei wealth is measured by the amount of apricot trees. Those who have more apricots trees are considered richer because dry apricot seeds are special foods that contain vitamin B17.

How vitamin B17 works?

Vitamin B17 is composed of one molecule benzaldehyde, one molecule hydrogen cyanide and two molecules of glucose. They have to come in contact with a specific enzyme beta-glucosidase in order to liberate benzaldehyde and cyanide .This enzyme is mostly present in cancer cells (until 3000 times).

For instance, in order to develop, the cancer cells need large amounts of energy or glucose. With the intake of vitamin B12, cancer cells absorb glucose molecule of vitamin B17.

With beta – glucosidase enzyme are released benzaldehyde and cyanide of vitamin B17 , destroying the infected cells. B17 is extremely lethal to cancer cells due to the high concentration of beta-glucosidase enzymes, while for the healthy cells is nontoxic.

Eventhough cyanide and benzaldehyde are toxic elements, when in combination with glucose molecules in vitamin B17, they are inert and have no toxic effects.

Recommended daily dose

For prevention, the recommended daily dose is 5 to 7 seeds. If you are a cancer patients, you’ll have to consume1-2 seeds every hour, but no more than 35 seeds per day. The result which you will get when you devide the weight by three, it shows the maximum of apricot seeds that you need to consume in a day.

Beside the healthy life and diet, stress-free environment also helped Hunza people to have a longer lifespan. They are pure examples of how we should all be living our lives.
