Oh dear, Ever they have a vegetarian delicious treat for you today. I think this might be my favorite sweet recipe on the blog so far! It is basically a marriage of all my favorite things: black chocolate, peanut butter cookies, (no dairy) banana soft serve ice cream cookie sandwiches. Yes, it is all that. In an amazing, messy to eat, but worth it, dessert.
My daughter and I took a test of them during the weekend, only peanut butter cookies with nice cream sandwiched between them. Then I had the epiphany that could plunge the whole thing into hard shell homemade chocolate. I realized that it was much harder than I expected, so I decided to just dip cookies in chocolate sauce, pre-assembly of Ice Cream Sandwich. Perfection! They are delicious and much healthier than anything sold from the ice cream truck. Yes, these are messy and melty, but my gosh, you'll love every second of it.
Bake a batch of my perfect cookies peanut butter , freeze some bananas and mix some chocolate sauce 2 minutes, is the time to meet your new favorite summer treat!
Dark Chocolate Dipped-sandwiches of peanut butter pleasant cream cookie

Ingredients:
- 1 lot of Perfect peanut butter cookies
- 04.03 well frozen ripe bananas
- almond milk as necessary
- chocolate sauce, mix:
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil unrefined melted
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa or cocoa powder
Directions:
- Make sure the cookies are completely cool. Dip half of each in chocolate sauce, I use a glass measuring jug to mix everything and then I can tilt for dipping the cookies. Lay on parchment lined pan and pop it in the freezer for a few minutes to harden.
- Add bananas and a dash of almond milk a high speed mixer or food processor and process just until ice service consistency of soft cream, do not over mix or add too much almond milk or be too soft. You want a fairly firm mixture.
- spoon out a large mass of pleasant banana cream on a biscuit and top with another, gently press and go around the edge with a spoon to smooth. You can eat immediately -. (Melty, disorderly, and surprising) or freeze for an hour for a cream filling firmer ice
Notes:
* Number of sandwiches depends on how big it makes biscuits. I would go in the smaller size because you are eating automatically two is not that every time I can eat less than two of these cookies anyway!
